College Prep Program
CRA is excited to introduce our brand new “College Prep Program.” Equestrian is a NCAA sport which means scholarships are AVAILABLE!! We know many students are interested in riding in college and our goal is to ensure the student is well prepared to be successful in either the IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Association) or the NCAA.
CRA is the only lesson barn in Northern Nashville offering such a targeted program. This program is open to all our young students as well as current college students. CRA is lucky to have experienced trainers who have ridden and coached Collegiate teams locally and in Europe as well as competed against NCAA teams. They know the ins and outs of the NCAA and IHSA show circuit, which is essential to successfully train the student for a college riding career. So please, if you or someone in your family is considering riding in college look no further, we are the right team for you!
Who We Are
Our instructor and trainer Mawghan McCabe is the founder of the Vanderbilt University Equestrian team and current team advisor. She has ridden and coached in the IHSA for 10 years.
